We are keen to provide 100% original products with a safe and comfortable shopping experience. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as your use of our store constitutes implicit approval of these terms:
1- Products and Authenticity
All products displayed are 100% original and imported from their official agents in America and Europe.
• Shopping bags are not included in the accessories, and therefore are not provided, in line with the policies of the most famous international stores.
• The product color may vary slightly due to lighting and professional photography quality.
2- Shipping and delivery time
Orders are shipped within 6 to 14 business days, unless a different time period is specified in the product description.
We provide international shipping to all Gulf countries and the world through approved shipping companies such as DHL, FedEx and many other companies.
After the order is shipped, the customer is provided with the tracking number and all necessary information, and the customer is responsible for following up on his shipment with the shipping company until receipt.
If the customer does not follow up on his shipment or does not respond to the shipping company’s calls, the shipment will be returned to our warehouses, and this will require paying additional shipping fees for re-sending.
Shipping fees are included in the product price, but do not include customs duties that may be imposed by some countries according to their regulations.
3- Payment methods

4- Orders and Cancellation Policy
The invoice will be sent electronically to the registered email address immediately after the order is confirmed.
When the order status reaches “Under Review”, it cannot be cancelled or modified, due to the speed of preparing the products.
5- Warranty and Return Policy
All products are imported from their official agents, so the warranty is valid only in the source countries (America and Europe) and does not include the warranty of local agents.
Products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error in the order or a manufacturing defect, in accordance with the store's exchange and return policy.
6- Offers and discounts
Special offers and discount coupons are announced through the storefront or our official social media accounts, with full details.
7- Complaints and support
